Join us for an immersive dance experience at our 2025 Mature Intensive. This is the perfect introduction to ADC’s Mature Program and an opportunity for you to work collectively with a group of likeminded people in an encouraging and supportive setting.
The two-day program includes specialised workshops that will allow you to explore and develop creative skills and body/mind connection. Each session will be facilitated by an industry professional and will provide opportunities for you to explore movement, collaboration and expression.
Our teachers include Jaime Redfern, Deborah Brown, Brian Lucas and Lilly King.
